Paying with GoCardless is the simplest way to pay for your regular window cleans. GoCardless is an industry leader in managing direct debit payments and are authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Payment Services Regulations 2009 (registration number 597190) for the provision of payment services.

We are only provided with your name, address and email (we don't have access to your bank account!)

To set up payment,  please click the pay with GoCardless button. You will then be directed to the secure GoCardless direct debit payments page where you can fill in your information and set up your direct debit.

We will request the payment after we have cleaned your windows. Usually, this payment is taken from your account 5 days after we request it. You will get an email from GoCardless telling you when the payment will leave your account. If for any reason we are unable to clean your windows we simply don’t request payment. As with any direct debit you are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee and you can cancel the Direct Debit any time at your bank
Then click the GoCardless button and fill in the Secure & Simple pre-authorisation form, Then with prior email notification after each window clean payment will be collected within 3-5 days.

How it works?

1) Become a customer (agreeing to our terms and conditions)
2) Sign up once to GoCardless via this link
3) We clean your property
4) AFTER we have cleaned your property, we request payment via GoCardless (usually take 5-7 days)
5) You get notified of the payment, no need to "remember to pay the window cleaner" any more!

What GoCardless DOES NOT DO

  •  This is not a monthly Direct Debit 
  •  No personal details are shared with any 3rd  parties 
  •  All financial transactions are handled by GoCardless
